You can submit your official primary transcript electronically or by mail. If you have already graduated, this transcript must show your conferred degree date. Unofficial copies will not be accepted. Ways to submit official primary transcripts:
1) Mail Transcripts must arrive in a sealed envelope from the school. We will not accept transcripts that have been opened. If you have a sealed official transcript at home, you can mail it to us as long as it remains sealed and the print date is no more than two years old. If you are unsure about the print date, it is best to request a new official transcript from the school.

You will need to check to see if a transcript can be requested in this manner. The receiver information for requesting an electronic transcript is etools4Education/WCACP. Official electronic transcripts will not be accepted by email. If your school requires that you enter an email address for electronic submission or you cannot order from one of the electronic delivery services, you will need to request an official transcript by mail.
Secondary Transcript Instructions (from all previously attended schools)
You must submit transcripts from all schools you attended during your college career. This includes graduate hours you have completed. These transcripts are necessary due to the omission of transfer classes/grades/grade calculations on official transcripts from your graduating school. A record of all college classes and grades is necessary for state compliance. Unofficial secondary transcripts will be accepted but they must contain the classes, grades, and grade calculations.
